I wanna hear from you guys. Simple question - Who has the best breakfast/brunch in the A?? I don't wanna hear about IHOP or Dennys. I want to know about the tuck spots on your side of town. I wanna hear about the big restaurants who go for what they know on Saturday or Sunday.
Personally, I'm kinda partial to this spot on the eastside off of Covington Hwy called Demetris. My big bro, Block, put me on to that. It's delicious (and cheap)!!! I wish they had a website or something cuz I'd definitely send ya'll there. My boy Ray "Hitch" Daniels is a big fan of Highland Bakery. He's also trying to get us over there. Big Cat has mentioned West Egg to me on more than one occasion. And, everyone in the hood is a fan of Thumbs Up. So much to choose from.

YES!!! The brunch @ Marlow's Tavern is fantastic!!!
I just recently went to a place in Kirkwood area called Sun in My Belly...Probably the second best brunch I have gone to since I last went to Murphy's in VA Highlands...Sun in My Belly was very downhome and made from scratch kind of breakfast...Murphy's has the best omlettes and mimosas in the city!...Sun in My Belly had excellent scrambled eggs and some of the best bacon I've ever tasted!...Fresh squeezed lemonade is a must there...
We've gotta try that ASAP!!! The way you described that Sun In My Belly place made me wanna go RIGHT NOW!!! Lol
