Today, it seems like EVERY restaurant in the world (both fast food and traditional) is making some kind of effort to incorporate more healthy options into their menus. Everyone seems to offer a smoothie or a parfait or a fruit cup now. But, before those items gained popularity, there was always the old faithful SALAD. A little bit of lettuce, some tomatoes, a few cucumber slices, some shredded cheese, and your choice of dressing. Simple enough, right?? Not really.
At some point, salads got fancy. Various meats and fruits and cheeses got thrown in and our plain old salads went from being a bland side item to a hearty main meal. I mean, I've had some INCREDIBLE salads!!! In recent memory, I've had a few at Doc Greens that I'd put up against ANYBODY'S.
So, today's question is simple - who has the best salad in Atlanta and what is it?? My answer - The large Caesar salad with chicken AND shrimp from Buckhead Pizza Co.
What do you think??

I'm partial to the "build your own" variety. Current fave... Tin Lizzy's. They have tons of ingredients to choose, of course, with that SW twist.
The Big Tuna at Six Feet Under is good too.
Has anyone had F2O?? They hit me on Twitter yesterday and several people say they are really good.
Yes, I love F20 salads, the Southwest salad in particular. I like to get that with the chicken tortilla soup. And they upped the "fancy" and give you a mini croissant with your salad. lol
