Due to the weekend and the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, we're a couple days late on this story.  No worries though, Lifers.  Better late than never.

Historic Roswell seems to be kicking the 2012 food festivities off fairly early.  From January 14-22, the city of Roswell is doing their Restaurant Week.  For those of you not familiar with how most restaurant weeks work, this is generally the BEST time to sample a restaurant's cuisine for the low.  Each participating restaurant will be offering a three-course prix-fixe menu ranging from $15-25 per person.  If that's somewhat close to your price range, pick a spot or two and let's eat together
