This Saturday night, there's a cool little event going on over at Zoo Atlanta called Jazzoo that has my name written all over it.  Clearly I've been living under a rock for the past few years because, according to the site, this is the FOURTH Annual event of this type.  Go figure.  I was actually gonna pass on covering this event but I remembered someone mentioning it the other night during the Taste of Atlanta Sneak Peek and then I heard Jeff Dauler talking about it yesterday morning on The Bert Show on Q100.  So, I did a little digging and OH YEAH, I need to be up thru here!!!

Conceived by Vantage Realty Partners as a fundraiser, this event aims to give 100% of the proceeds to Zoo Atlanta and their programs that provide free admission to under served populations and field trips to Title 1 schools.  For $100, you get an all inclusive pass and access to over 30 of Atlanta's best restaurants and 20 OPEN BARS!!!  Yeah, I know, it's a little pricey considering the times BUT it is for a good cause.  And, to be able to eat from 30 different spots AND drink from 20 different open bars, that's actually not a bad deal. 

So, let's see.  Good cause??  Check.  Good food??  Check.  Drinks??  Check.  What more could you ask for??
